6 Person Luxury Fishing Cabin in Pike heave

Get the best of both worlds: go fishing on one of the best pike destinations in the world and stay in a bit more spacious fishing cottage at only 100 meters distance from the waterside and with a nice sea view!

The fishing cottage offers a master bedroom with double bed and two bedrooms with bunk beds. This makes the cottage suitable both for (larger) families and groups of friends who want to experience a wonderful fishing holiday in the South-East of Sweden.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, cuttlery and dining corner for 6 guests. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink. 

In the lounge corner you can relax after a day fishing, watch TV and get ready for another adventure on the waters of Blekinge. Or even better: have a cold beer on the roofed terrace and enjoy the great views over the water. Here you find a BBQ and outside furniture. 

You can park the car right next to the cottage. 

Pike fishing in Blekinge is what we offer. Not just pike fishing like at home, but one of the best destinations when it comes to both numbers and size of the fish. Fish over a meter are common, as well as weights of 20lb and more. 

The unique salty waters of the Baltic Sea create a unique and healthy home for the pikes that lurk around the many islands and in the open waters - ready to attack anything that swims by. That can be a herring, or your lure!

Lots of variety

The large and clear waters of the Baltic Sea offer lots of variety. You will find shallow parts that are just perfect to cast a large plastic soft bait or - if you are into it - go fly fishing. The cool thing about these waters is that you are able to see the pike coming when they go after your bait. A nerve-wracking moment, every time it happens. There are also interesting rock formations and deeper parts to discover. This way you are ensured to find a wide range of options waiting to be discovered. 

Some hotspots

A few hot spots for pike that we want to mention are the waters around nature reserve Eriksberg and Bräkneån estuary. Another area that should be on your 'to-do list' is Järnaviks bay, including the waters around Tärnö, Bjärnö, and Tjärö.

The rivers Bräkneån and Vierydsån are located only a few kilometers away from your fishing cottage and offer great pike fishing too.

If you want you can also go after perch and sea trout, you are in the right place as well. 

We take good care for our world-famous stocks of pike, which is the reason why we allow only catch and release. So every pike that is caught, has to be put back into the water. Taking perch or sea trout to eat is no problem. 

The best period for pike fishing in Blekinge

Although pike fishing can be done all year round, there are periods that are just (much) better. If you want to go for a hardcore pike fishing holiday, we recommend planning your trip from April til May, or in the months September and October.

No fishing license needed

Since you are fishing in the Baltic Sea, you don't need a fishing license. However, on the rivers, you do need a license. 

Fishing boat hire

We have several boats for rent, all with high-quality 4-stroke outboard engines, ranging from 9.8 to 15 hp. All boats are equipped with life jackets, paddles, anchor and sea charts.

The four largest boats (Premium) are especially equipped for pike fishing. These Linder 445 aluminum fishing boats have a 15 hp 4-stroke Honda outboard engine, a Minn Kota front troller with remote iPilot, and a sonar with GPS included.

The "Standard boats"  have a 9,8 hp 4-stroke Tohatsu engine.

If you want to bring your own fishing boat, that is also no problem since we have a small ramp for you to use.
